I’ve been stupid, really stupid.

We have been getting a lot of emails, Facebook messages and even a handful of phone calls about String Drop, but it never occurred to me to make a FAQ until now!

Now is always better than never right?  So here we go!

When will you stop teasing me and let me join String Drop?
You will receive a private invitation this Thursday, that’s November 17th. You’ll get a big Black Friday discount, and a lot of juicy freebies too.

Why are there only 250 spots available?
Honestly? I’m kind of stupid and didn’t think so many people would want to join String Drop so we didn’t make that many strings & plectrums for our launch on Thursday.  

Is it true String Drop will come with a bunch of free stuff?
Yes.  You’ll get loads of additional discounts with companies we love at launch, and as long as you’re a String Drop member, you’ll get things like lessons from well-known guitarists, tabs, plugins and more at no cost.

What string set is right for me and my favorite tuning?
Our website will be able to answer this for you in-depth.

Can I skip months?
Yes.

Can I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel whenever you want although you will made us sad if you do that.

Are there any hidden fees?

Gross. We despise fees, and you should too.  There are no hidden fees with String Drop.

Can I change the strings I get after I become a member?

Yes.

How much is US shipping?
It’s free.  Woohoo! 🙂

Do you ship internationally and how much is it?
Yes we will ship internationally.  Pricing for international customers will include free shipping but there will be a slightly higher price tag.  Wired Guitarist still compensates 70/80% of the shipping costs though.

I have more questions, how do I get answers?

Simply email us or call us toll-free at 1 888 406 1967.  You can even text us if you don’t like phone calls.  Messenger pigeons are not acceptable.  We already have too many pigeons here.
