How much does shipping cost?
Orders within the Continental United States qualify for 100% free shipping on all instruments. For orders outside the Continental U.S. please email us at [email protected] for a quote.

What payment options do you accept?
We currently accept payment via all major credit cards. Bank wire transfer is also available if credit card is not feasible.

Do you offer any financing options?
Yes! We can offer financing through Affirm. More information on financing can be found here.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders within the Continental U.S. typically arrive within a week. For international orders this varies depending on the country, its customs policies, and the local postal service, but typically range from as short as 3 days to as long as six weeks depending on the shipping service you pick.

Do you ship outside of the US?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Please email us for an international shipping quote.

Is my purchase covered by a warranty?
Every purchase comes with the full manufacturer’s original warranty.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number for your order within 1-2 days after it has shipped.

Can I come visit the store and try out the guitars in person?
Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront location. Our facility primarily functions as our warehouse as well as a couple offices. If you’re worried about getting a guitar you’re not happy with, please see details on our generous returns policy and warranty coverage here.

I live nearby, can I pick up my guitar in person?
We do not offer pickup at this time. For those wishing to save money on shipping, all of our orders ship free within the Continental United States.

I don’t see what I want in your store, can you order a product for me?
We can special order any instrument from the brands we carry, as well as custom orders from their respective custom shops.

How long does it take to special order an instrument?
This varies greatly depending on the brand and exact model. Please contact us at [email protected] and we can give you an estimate for your particular product.

How can I order a custom guitar from you?
Wired Guitarist are able to build and order custom guitars from Mayones, ESP, and Thorn. In order to build a custom guitar, simply email us at [email protected] with your desired specifications. Once specs are finalized and a quote is provided, we require a 30% deposit before an order can be placed.

What if there is a problem with my order?
No problem, you’re covered! The first thing you should do is email us at [email protected] and let us know about the issue. We do not leave anyone in the dark and we continue to provide protection and coverage long after a purchase is made. This includes the original manufacturer’s warranty, our own 72-hour No-Questions-Asked return policy, and more.

Is any work done on the instruments before they are shipped?
We offer our very own Guitar Enhancement Package done by a highly qualified guitar technician before each instrument leaves our facility.

Do you accept trade-ins?
Absolutely! Simply take some pictures of your instrument, write a short description, and email it to [email protected]. Please note, while our trade in process is very simple and we offer more money for your gear than our competitors, we do not recommend you do a trade in unless you really want a guitar from us as fast as possible or need cash immediately. While we are a community store, we do need some room for margin to make sure we aren’t losing money on guitars we take in on trade.
